When you purchase access, we collect your name and email address so we can deliver your digital access and provide support. Payment details are collected and processed by our external payment provider; we do not receive or store your card details. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep your personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at powerai.help@gmail.com.
The platform uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
