These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Brightline Metric platform, operated by POWER PREDICTA AI LTDA - ME (CNPJ 66.282.370/0001-77). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Brightline Metric is an educational and exploratory data analysis tool. It organises historical numeric records and presents statistics, charts and generated numeric combinations in a simple, visual way. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Brightline Metric does not provide financial, investment, betting or professional advice. Historical information describes the past only: it does not predict future results, and no outcome of any kind is guaranteed. You use the platform entirely at your own discretion and risk.
Access is provided for a one-off payment of A$55. After payment, digital access is delivered to you by email. Payments are processed by an external payment provider; we do not store your card details.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at powerai.help@gmail.com. Refunds are handled with reasonable care and processed within a reasonable time.
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share, resell or otherwise make the platform available to third parties.
You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, extract or redistribute its datasets or generated outputs at scale, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.
The platform, including its design, text, code and outputs, is owned by the operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your personal purposes in accordance with these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. The operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
We may update the platform or these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated on the platform, and the updated terms will apply from the date they are published.
